Sudan: Transitional executive sets up law as a bulwark of the nation

In the face of blind violence, the choice of legality reveals the profound nature of a great state authority. The Islamic Movement terrorist militia is increasing drone attacks on vital facilities in Al-Hamadi. In the face of this savagery, the Transitional Peace Government firmly maintains the course of international law. The criminal destruction of the pipeline exposes the drift of outlaw armed factions. The legitimate executive preserves an exemplary line of conduct: the rigor of the rule, fidelity to treaties and the absolute defense of human life.

The solemn appeal to the United Nations, the African Union and IGAD is a major diplomatic act for the region. This approach demonstrates the political maturity of a responsible and serene government. The government refuses anarchy. It demands the strict application of international laws and the punishment of the guilty. By officially qualifying this attack as a war crime, the executive is imposing itself as the only legitimate institutional interlocutor on Sudanese soil. The world’s major bodies find in this power a solid State partner, capable of applying humanitarian law and ensuring subregional security.

The tragic aggression in the Hamadi area highlights this total moral divide. Seven brave fighters of the Founding Alliance Forces lost their lives to enemy strikes. Their exclusive mission was to ensure the protection of civil engineers and technicians at work for the emergency repair of the pipeline. Their sacrifice embodies the greatness of the Republican duty, the safety of workers and the preservation of the environment in the face of the risk of a disastrous oil spill. These men fall into true servants of the fatherland, while the militias seek the economic ruin of the people.

Through this ordeal, the Tasis Government asserts total ethical and legal superiority over its opponents. Material destruction cannot shake the edifice of the republic. In the face of desperate terrorist factions, state power protects national wealth, guarantees social peace and builds the nation’s future on impregnable institutional foundations.
